Hello all... In the YouTube app for WinMo, is there any way to change the direction in which it rotates when changing orientation? It rotates counter-clockwise by default, but i'd like it to rotate clockwise, because that is a much more natural motion for my hand.

Is there any way, to change the direction it rotates? I am not against digging in the registry, as I am a programmer, and am comfortable in there, but I just don't see any options for rotation direction.

Thanks in advance!

Is there any way to get Gmail/Google Apps mail to come through the native Messages app on a Blackberry (curve 8900)?

We've recently switched to Google Apps & GMail from an Exchange environment and the GMail app for Blackberry's has gone down like a brick. It's hated - primarily because of the threaded/grouped message/conversation system.

Can Gmail be received through the standard Messages app as we used to use for our exchange mail?

Any ideas please?

I don't need IPv6 support for wide scale distribution, rather I need to use it for proof of concept. I have an HTC Desire, unrooted at present, but I have no problem rooting it if need be. Does it rely on my mobile provider supporting IPv6? Or can I get it working within my own local network?

http://phonehow.com/questions/259/is-there-a-way-to-cutn-paste-a-long-wi-fi-password-onto-an-ipod-touchIs there a way to “cut’n paste” a long WI-Fi password onto an iPod Touch?irrational John2010-06-21T02:07:51Z2010-06-21T02:07:51Z

A friend recently asked for help setting up her iPod Touch to access the Internet via Wi-Fi at home. Setting up a router/WAP (Wireless Access Point) is something I have done before. However, I have never used an iPod Touch (nor an iPhone) so I'm not sure what is and is not possible in that context.

What I have done in the past was to use a site such as GRC's password generator to generate a 63 or 64 char psuedo-random hex string to use as the "private key" for WPA2 wireless security. I then cut'n paste to save that key to a file on a USB flash drive and then cut'n paste as needed to set up both the WAP and any clients that I want to allow to connect to the WAP.

Gee, wouldn't it be great if I could also do that with an iPod Touch? ;-) But I'm guessing the answer will be "not so much".

I hope someone here can suggest an alternative good way to easily yet "securely" setup WPA2 security on an iPod Touch with a non-trivial-ishy private key (aka password).

Would creating a Configuration Profile via Apple's iPhone Configuration Utility be a good way to go? Or would this entail annoying consequences/restrictions? For example, if you setup Wi-Fi with a Config Profile can a user still add/remove other Wi-Fi access points? Or would they be "locked in" to just that one WAP which was in the Config Profile?
